About The Inspection

At Total Home Inspection you will be met with a licensed and certified inspector with the heart of a teacher. This means that no matter how great or little your knowledge of construction, you will know how to approach the needed repairs and safety issues specific to your purchase. Our clients appreciate this non-rushed, more informative approach to the inspection process. This makes you a smarter, more confident buyer and gives you a greater understanding of your home and the true condition of its systems and components.

Your Time Is Important

Choosing a home inspector that can work within your time frame is important. Total Home Inspection is here to make scheduling a snap. We are available until at least 8:00 pm, seven days a week to schedule your inspection or to answer your questions. To further accommodate your schedule we offer weekend inspections if needed at no extra charge and our industry leading report is provided the day of the inspection. Just give us a call.

Online Scheduling

Now you can schedule an inspection from our website 24 hours, 7 days a week with just a click of the mouse. Just click the "Schedule Now" button and fill in the information. It’s just that simple! You will receive a confirmation email and call to confirm our time, and we will make all of the arrangements for gaining access to the home.

We Encourage You To Be Present

Being present during the inspection provides you with an excellent orientation to your home. You get an eyes-on account of the condition of the property, its various systems, and tips for prolonging their service life. You will also become familiarized with maintenance and emergency aspects such as pilot lights, air filters and shut-offs for gas, electricity and water. You can have your questions answered as they arise throughout the inspection process, and gain a greater peace of mind in your investment.

We Want Our Customers For Life

Because we want you as a client for life, we are delighted to answer any questions that you might have about your home anytime in the future. Just give us a call. As a matter of fact, we send all of our clients a “Home Inspection Tip of the Month” via email. These helpful tips are designed to keep you informed of ways to protect your home’s value by keeping it healthy and safe, and we give you some “Money Saving” energy tips too! This is our way of staying in touch and to let you know that we are there for you long after the day of your inspection.
